“It is the glory of God to conceal things, but the glory of kings is to search things out.” Proverbs 25:2
We all want to grow as leaders in business, faith and in our personal lives. My pastor once defined growth or maturity as moving from one set of problems to a more complex set of problems. This definition certainly seems to hold true in the business world. When you find yourself faced with a new, more challenging, unusually frustrating set of problems, remember that God has put you in leadership to find ways to overcome these challenges. In fact, your glory as a leader comes from doing so. God believes in you; that’s why he has placed you in the position you occupy. Don’t let the frustration of your new challenges cause your countenance to fall. Be encouraged that God is with you and there is an answer… you simply have to find it.
